4 cups of coarse semoulina + 1 cup of soft semouline ( farkha )
1/2 kilo of butter ( soft )
akawi cheese ( soft cheese without saly ,sliced)
melt the butter and add the semoulina to the butter and leave it to soak overnight , next day add small amount of water till its blendedwith butter and semoulina forming soft dough ,shape it using the mold ( showed in another pic) and add the filling of cheese and bake in a 300 F oven ,leave it to cool down then serve it after sprinkling it with powder sugar
