Slice the meat ( a real fine cutlet ) and add to the wok with 2-3 spoons of canola oil or any other
Leave till its semi cooked then add (chilli powder ,hot ppr flakes and lemongrass +3 cloves of garlic and halopigneo powder if you lik eit xtra spicy ,leave to cook and add soy sauce then add 4 spoons of ready made sweet n sour sauce and add 2 tsp of honey and ginger powder then ginger roots andleave
Add snowpeas and sliced carrots(chineese cut ) mushrooms brocoly (steamed or poached already ) and collection of bellpeppers an dbaby corn
Leave till its really semi cooked ( crunshy too ) and serve with steamed white rice:))
