Stuffing : minced meat +egyyain rice egptian rice(i never used basmati or long grain u can use the chineese half grain or else yet not arborio or italian rice it wil not cook proparly ) so try to get the egyptian rice or half grain from local store)) +lemon juice-salt - mint flakes +all spice
mix all ingredients and stuff yr courgettes and wineleaves ( i am unable to explain how you roll the leaves here sorry lol ) deffenetly i had a syrianfriend over to help me with the (stuffing w el elaf ) so tamtam shufelek 7ad yelef , w peri mashaga3kesh te3melh aslan iza kan a7med mesh 7aye3gebo el 3agab lol bec u will b very dissapoited lol
for the cooking method you will need water +
a whole garlic head -1-2 cup of lemon juice -meat cutlets
boile meat cutlets (lamb ribs)and layer it in the pot that u will cook yr stuffed veggies in
layer the stuffed veggies and add the garlic cloves (it will b roasted while you cook your meal and will add the flavour tp your veggies.

أغمرها بالماء والملح وعصير الليمون وأطبخها بعد الغلي على نار خفيفة جداً مدة ساعة...
