Very fast and healthy recipe, in one pot add the ockra with 1 onion (sliced) 1 tomato.salt n ppr 1 glass of tomato juice+1 spoon of tomato paste mix all and cook ,when its closed to b fully cooked add juice of 4 lemons and serve .
