The way i marinate salmon ( i slice into two and debone the fish ) i have the herbs tucked in with salt and leave for an overnight to keep the fish tender.
I often buy from lakesale and that end up by 7 pm,saturday ! so it is too late too cook i only keep it freshly tucked with herbs and salt and wrap in nilon wrap and use a ziplocker to keep till next dy (sunday) to grill i dont leave for more
