1 glass red lentils
1 big potato
1 carrot
1 onion
1 tbsp butter
2 tomatoes
Salt and black pepper (from mill)
Chillipepper
cumin
Wash lentils with lukewarm water. Fill a pan with water and lentils and let cook.
Add these ingredients to the lentils in the pan and cook very good till tender.
Puree the soup very fine and season with pepper, chilli, cumin and salt. Add. Reheat soup and keep on stirring from time to time. Add don top toasted garlic and lemon juice and serve with croutons
