1-3 cup lemon juice+ 1-3 cup olive oil
mix with 1tsp of each of :tanduri spice +paprika+garlic powder and zest of one lemon + 1-3 cup of grape juice
leave overnight to get the best of marinade then grill on a BBQ grill or even in the oven , when i bake it in the oven till its toasty red beforei serve it i add the charcol ( have a charcoal lit and put it in a small turkish coffe cup filled with oil it will splash giving the smoky scent to the meats or poultry )
serve with lemon and yoghurt caspatchu as in the pic taken with slices or cucumbers :))
I always serve with grape juice it gives the balance o its (missty tatse of chicken )
