2 eggs
1 1/4 c sugar
2 c oil
3 c finely chopped apple
1 c nuts
1 c chocolate chip
2 1/2 c flour
1tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamo
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Bake covered with tin foil in a large, round cake pan for at least 40 minutes. Check middle of cake with a toothpick. If the dough is still not fully cooked cover and bake longer. Bake uncovered for the last 10 minutes of baking.
