SPICY PAKISTANI SEEKH KEBAB
Onion 1, paste
Green Chillies chopped 4
Red Chili powder 1tsp.
Raw Papaya paste 1 tsp.
Green Corriander finely chopped
Onion 1 finely chopped
Small Cardamom Pods 4
Black Pepper Powder 1tsp.
Besan 4 Tbs.
Oil 2 Tbs.
Mix all the ingredients in the minced/ground meat and leave it for 2 hours
After 2 hours mix the meat well with hands like mixing a dough
Put them on the skewers and grill them for about 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
When done apply oil on top of the kebabs with the help of a brush.
Serve with nan and coriander chutney
