HERBAL ROAST

Roast fillet cutlet-garlic cloves (whole) onion wings-carrots -celery and leaks black pepper -dried rosemary
Mix all the herbs and spices and powder the cutlet proparly , poke the meat and fill it with the cloves then roll in the meat with kitchen thread and fry in theonion till u get the roasted colour ,then have it cooked in the oven till when u poke it with a knife you wont get the juices mixed with blood ,when its done ,and well cooked( normally halal meat should be tender and wellcooked ,as we are forbidden from eating blood )
