Slice obergines , weather you deep fry it or just spray it with oil or brush it and cook it in the oven for a lighter method of cooking
Leave it aside on ar (kitchen tissue paper )to get rid of the excess oil

layer it in a serving dish ,add minced meat with garlic onions and salt n ppr ,when its cooked add it to the obergines then add yoghurt with garlic n salt on top ,serve it luekwarm and top it with paprika and pinenut.
