CHICKEN WITH CHASHEWNUTS

Cook the rice as usual ( normally i steam the rice and add 1 tsp of kurkum *tumeric*

I dont add allot of butter or fat to the rice * i steam it with carrots and peas , i add 1 tbsp of butter just to add the glow to the rice , add the boit chicken(boneless skinless) and nuts after that ,u can have any leftovers (meat- poultry ) it will b a new main course for the next day too
