1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1 cup (120g) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
pinch of salt
Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla.
Fold in the sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
Put the dough in a piping bag fitted with a medium sized fluted nozzle.
Pipe the dough into well greased and floured special moulds.
Sprinkle with sugar and bake in a moderate oven until slightly golden.
