RAISIN KAAK



6 lb. flour 4 lb. sugar
3 c. melted Crisco
6 tbsp. baking powder
12 tbsp. vanilla
2 lb. blond raisins
3/4 c. warm milk

Mix all the ingredients very well. Knead. Cover with towel and let rest 1 hour. Roll out to 3/4 inch thickness. Cut into circles (doughnut shape with hole in middle). Dip top into sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 8-10 minutes until lightly brown.

u can use cookie baker in cooking yr kaa'a and ma'moul
