2 sheets puff paste
1 dried tomatoe in oil, drained and chopped fine.
½ clove garlic chopped fine
¼ red paprika
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp parmezan cheese
½ egg,, beaten
In pan bake, garlic, tomatoes and paprika for a few minutes in olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add on a sheet of puff past the half of the mixture (make 2 lines)
Then fold sheet to the middle (so you form a sort of roll).
Cut with a sharp knife in small slices, put on a bakingtray and apply egg, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 10 minutes in oven at 200 degrees C.
