40 gram maizena (=cornflour)
40 gram sugar
2 tbsp raisin/currants
Vanilla-extract or vanillasugar
½ liter milk
Wash currants and dry them
Make a smooth mixture with maizena , sugar, vanilla and 6 tbsp of the milk.
If mixture is without lumps,the n add the currants.
Heat milk (not till boilingpoint!!) and add the mixture. Stir and let it cook a bit.
If pudding is bulky then remove pan from heat.
Wash puddingbowls and let moist, immediately pour pudding in bowl.
