Plate of very lightly fried cauliflower with fresh tomatoes, parsley and tahini sauce.
Boil cauliflower till its tenderly cooked ( test it using a fork ) in water + salt + cumin
set aside to cool
Prepare the tahini with garlic and cumin,viniger lemon juice and water and moderate it to a thick past ,add salt if desire and sprinkle generously with parsley and diced tomatoes , the sauce is ready now
roast the cauliflower by brushing it with olive oil and parsley and garlic paste and grill it in a skilet till its a bit crispy
serve with the sauce !
