HALIBUT AND ARTICHOKES WITH OLIVES SALAD


U can use freshly cleaned artichokes ( if in season) or the canned ones they will do the trick
Marinade the halibut fish with ( salt garlic pepper olive oil and grill it in a skilet ) set aside

Brush the canned artichokes with olive oil and garlic ( if fresh then boilt in water and salt and chill in cold water )
in a serving plate layer the fish and artichokes then add olives olive oil parsley dill lemon juice
serve and enjoy ** u can serve it lukewarm or even cold
