CUSTARD PUDDING

7,5 deciliter milk
5 tblsp custardpowder
5 tblsp sugar

Mix custard with sugar and add some cold milk. Make a smooth mixture.
Cook milk in a pan with thick bottom. Add custard-sugar mixture bit by bit, and keep stirring very good.
Cook all and put pan in cold water to cool.
Wash glass dessertscales and dont dry them on the inside. Now pour in the warm custard in the glasses. Let cool and put later in refrigerator. If you don’t want the thick layer that appears after cooling,then cover glasses with plastic foil.
