
1 aubergine
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 red paprika
1 yellow paprika
2 potatoes

Cut the paprikas in smal small parts and the Union and garlic in slices.
Put some oil in a wok/pan and bake potatoes, take them out of the pan and let drain. Bake in the same oil the aubergine and let drain.
Then bake the onion glazy, and add the garlic, and add the rest of the ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper.
