SIGARA BOREK


turkish yufka (sort of philodough)
turkish white cheese
parsley
some milk with oil
oil for baking


Crumble cheese and mix with parsley
Cut yufkadough in triangles and fill with cheesemicture
Roll into 'sigars" and glue the end with milk
Bake in oil and serve hot
