3/4 cups soy sauce
1/4 cupvinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil
3 Tbs. ketchup
1 Tbs. brown sugar
3 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 " of fresh ginger peeled and minced
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne
