SPINACH TART

5 parts of puff paste

1 egg

100 ml whipp cream

450 gr frozen spinach

salt and pepper

100 gr grated yellow (Dutch)cheese

Defrost pufpaste and cover an ovenscale with it make little holes in it with a vork.

Let the defrosted spinach drain very good and mix with egg, cream, salt and pepper and cheese.

pour the mixture in the ovenscale and bake 30-40 min in oven at 200 degrees Celcius.
