Its a very speedy and healthy way to cook , as i was always dieting in the past lol i hated t measure my cal intake so i always cooked healthy and had a very good bond with spices !

olive oil and canola are the best healthy fat you can add to any of yr dishes
In foil u can bake anythinggggg

I baked the fish with lemon slices and dill and garlic cumin and staraniese (its flavor is amazing )and aromatic i added a blend of olive oil and lemon to that and when i had the foamy reduction of the moisty juice i added that to the poached poatates served as a side dish yet i dint get the chance to have it pictured:)
