salmon fillet : (for every 6 cutlets ) 1 sp of mayo +minced garlic +caper seeds + balsamic vineger +salt n pepper and mushrooms +olives(green n black )

Marinade the fish and cook it after wrapping it in foil , when is baked serve with white rice ..rice

Add the following spices to the rice as you cook : lemongrass-paprika-safron -garlic powder -ginger pwoder mix all and add to the water of the rice with zest of lemon and lemon juice (1 lemon) and add salt and cardamom (heli) and when its done add capers
