Traditional salad yet i grate carrots and iadd fetta cheese so i dont add any dressing ,just 2 spof olive oil and apple vineger ,(no ready made salad dressing ) u can add sprinkle of blue cheese for salty taste or 1 spoon of parmasian cheese ! yumm
