Today was the day!! I finally made some rhubarb crumb cake!!

Here we are slicing up the rhubarb into thin slices then you add the ingredients as the normal crumb cake ( i had it before in the apple crumb cake u can use any hard fruit instead of apples and ehubarb :
yet for this you will need:

2c flour
1c brown sugar
3/4c margarine (I like to use 1c)
Mix together until small crumbs. Set aside one cup worth for later. To the rest add:
1ts baking soda
1 egg
1c milk

Mix well and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Top with chopped up fruit (in the picture we used sliced apples and then sprinkled them with a bit of brown sugar and cinnamon. You can also use blueberries and other fruit.) Sprinkle the cup of crumbs on top and gently pat down. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes.
