layers with  tomato sauce/salsa, ( prepared wid parsley, tomatoes, onion, garlic), Mozzarella cheese, shrooms, sweet corn, capscicum, olives, minced meat, cheddar cheese
I was a bit too over zealous with the toppings:-)
