Lemongrass-paprika-safron -garlic powder -ginger pwoder mix all with zest of lemon and lemon juice (1 lemon) and add salt and cardamom (heli) and when its done add capers addcumin and dill and allot of garlic
mix allll and add to the fish marinade leave fro hours and then , add flour to the fish and dip in batter of( flour and water with the mix i mentioned in the marinade ) and then fry (deep frying )
serve with rice
rice( a side dish with all fish dishes)
