1/2lb of your favorite pasta(s) (I used about 1 uncooked cup each--or less--of penne, bowtie, 4-cheese ravioli, & 3 cheese tortellini)
1 red bell pepper, julienned*
1 head bite-sized broccoli florets*
1c sugar snap peas*
1c fresh crimini mushrooms, sliced*
parmigiano reggiano (to taste)
*You may use any of your favorite veggies; on this night, I sautéed some white & red chopped onions as well as some yellow summer squash and zucchini chunks and added them to the mix with broccoli and red peppers .
olive oil and olives ,if you have chicken leftovers grilled or smoked turkey you can add to thi spasta
