Marinated in lemon-garlic-honey and dill and leave it till its real tender on the grill ,i serve with rice and veggies or beans.

- Salaam alaykum I started a group 'Islamic cooking recipes' at facebook in 2008. I was overwhelmed by all the spontanious, creative and professional contributions of the members. Especially Marwa and Petronella. Thanks so much to you and the other members, you make this group working! Because we allready had about 900 recipes, I decided to make this blog, so we can find recipes easily! And now in januari 2010 we allready have about 1100 recipes. I have to work quicker to post them all:-)))
