Fish fillet ( i really didnt choose thick chunks for this recipe which i should ,next time i will have to be carefull with the fish i choose as it was too tender while cookin , malesh :)

2 lb. cod fillets, i guess i chose catfish ! a complete failure so dont cook with whitefish or catfish ok !
use other firm white fish chunks
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. lemon zest
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper blend
1 tbsp. chopped fresh herbs such as
marjoram, basil or thyme
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse fillets and pat dry. Place in a shallow casserole dish and set aside. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan. Add lemon zest , garlic, lemon juice, mustard and pepper; simmer 3 minutes and pour over fish. Sprinkle herbs and chives evenly over fish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 150°F and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
