GRILLED VEGGIE WITH MOZARELLA AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR



Cut the veggies into semi chunked size and brush it with olive oil and garlic and salt pepper , then grill veggies: obergines, courettes ,mozareall sticks , when you are done layer the beggies and the mozarella ,drizzle with genersous amount of ( olive oil +balsamic vinegar) serve lukewarm ( we dont want the cheese to feel gooey
