4 tomatoes - diced
Spring Onion - diced (amount as you like)
4 Cucumber - (small sizes and diced)
100 g feta cheese
6 Kalamata Greek olives
2 tablespoon of OO (Olive oil)
1/2 lemon - for the juice (less if you want)
salt
black pepper
1. Mixed all the diced vegies and add the crumble feta cheese on it and the lemon juice, salt, black pepper, OO and mix them all and drop a the Kalamata olives on it. Ready to serve with bake bread/pita bread.
