Add meat (sliced ) in the pan with garlic and onions till its semi cooked add salt and pepper (dont add salt before its cooked in order to keep the meat juices within)add 1cup of tomato juice 1tsp of tomato paste ,add cumin and checkpeas till its cooked serve with white rice.
