I rarely add fat when i cook meat, just have a very good taflon wok and cook this in it :
add the cubed meat with 1 sliced onion and 4 gloves of garlic mashed till its semi cooked addthe spices(lemongrass-cardamom-mealt spice-7 spices-uzi spice and cook add some water till u simmer it then add caroots (cubed)spinach and checkpeas and kidneybeans -redbeans )and leave to cook
