CUSTARD/WHIPPED CREAM DESSERT

custard pudding
whipped cream
mashed strawberries
slices strawberries

make custard pudding, let cool very good.
7,5 deciliter milk
5 tblsp custardpowder
5 tblsp sugar
Mix custard with sugar and add some cold milk. Make a smooth mixture.
Cook milk in a pan with thick bottom. Add custard-sugar mixture bit by bit, keep stirring very good.
Cook all and put pan in cold water to cool.
whipe cream with sugar. let cool very good
mix gently the pudding with cream.

put in a glass some mashed strawberries, add some puddingmixture
and at top sliced or whole strawberries
